Is it permissible to download videos of paid lessons and send them to a friend who cannot afford them, on the condition that he pays the subscription fee after completing his studies and finding work?

Scholars differ on the permissibility of copying books, lectures, and the like without the owners' permission. The relied-upon opinion is that it is not permissible Islamically, and that copyrights are protected. Based on this, it is not permissible to download videos and send them to your friend if their owners prohibit benefiting from them except with a monthly subscription, and there is no difference between one who is able and one who is unable to bear the costs. The Islamic Fiqh Academy has issued a resolution stating that names, titles, trademarks, authorship, and inventions are private rights of their owners and have recognized financial value Islamically, and it is not permissible to infringe upon them. Furthermore, copyrights and invention rights are protected Islamically, and their owners have the right to dispose of them.
