Ghusl is obligatory if you are certain of the emission of semen. For this, the intention to lift the major ritual impurity is required. If you are unsure whether the discharge is semen or not, and nothing is clearly preponderant to you, then you have the choice between considering it semen and performing ghusl, or considering it not semen and not performing ghusl. As for placing suppositories inside the vagina, their insertion does not invalidate ablution unless the private part is touched or something emerges from it. If something emerges from the private part after inserting the suppository, or if the private part is touched during insertion, or if the instrument used for insertion comes out, all of these invalidate ablution. There is no specific supplication for the fetus in the mother's womb, or for facilitating childbirth, or for the safety of the mother and child.
