The preponderant opinion is that a pregnant woman does not menstruate, and any blood she sees is irregular. She must pray, fast, and engage in intercourse [with her husband] while this blood is present. It does not necessitate a full ritual bath (ghusl), but rather she performs ablution (wudu) for each prayer.
