Is ghusl required after a miscarriage at 60 days, knowing that prayer continued during the bleeding without performing ghusl?

The blood discharged due to a miscarriage within the aforementioned period is not considered postpartum bleeding (nifas); rather, it is irregular bleeding (istihadah) and does not prevent prayer or fasting unless it coincides with the regular menstrual period. Ritual bathing (ghusl) is not obligatory because of it, and the rulings of irregular bleeding apply to it, unless it coincides with the time of menstruation, in which case it is considered menstruation.
