Must a fetus be buried if it was aborted after one and a half months of pregnancy and was not yet formed?

A miscarriage must be buried if it shows human features. Some jurists are of the view that it is not obligatory to bury it if it is in the ‘alaqa (clot) or mudgha (lump of flesh) stage, but rather recommended. However, if it reaches four months or more, it must be washed, shrouded, and buried obligatorily. If it is less than that, it is recommended to wrap it in a cloth and bury it. The criterion is the appearance of human features. As for a period of one and a half months, the miscarriage is still in the early ‘alaqa stage, and human features do not usually appear in it, so burying it is not obligatory.
