Is cut or fallen hair considered 'awrah if it is thrown on the ground, and does that affect the validity of prayer in the same place?

Shorn or fallen hair is not considered 'awrah (intimate part that must be covered) and does not need to be covered, as its sanctity is removed upon its separation. Therefore, it is permissible for a man to look at it. Some scholars, however, hold the view that it is forbidden for a man to look at a woman's separated hair, and that anything likely to be seen by men should be covered and buried. In all cases, the prayer is valid, and its validity is not related to this matter.
