An employee must abide by the regulations that specify working hours, fulfilling the stipulated contractual condition, and based on the Hadith: "Muslims are bound by their conditions." The employee is not permitted to violate working hours merely because of the direct supervisor's permission, unless the regulations authorize the supervisor to reduce working hours and grant leave to the employee. As long as the leave is recorded in the attendance registers, this means that the supervisor is authorized to grant it and that the employer is aware of it.
