Should the husband continue advising his wife, who used to be immodestly adorned and not pray before marriage, and who now prays intermittently, or should he be stricter with her, knowing that she is kind, obedient, and fulfills her marital duties?

What we advise is to continue inviting your wife with wisdom, good counsel, and gentle words, encouraging her towards good and warning her against evil, especially regarding the matter of prayer, which is grave. There should be no leniency in abandoning it, as some scholars have mentioned the disbelief of one who forsakes prayer out of laziness. If she does not respond, then you must be firm with her, following the example of Musa (peace be upon him) when he became angry. If she commits to performing the prayer, then be a good example for her.
