Does disposing of goods at inflated prices, then deducting an amount equal to the increase from the invoice before calculating the commission, knowing that this increases the business's revenues, constitute deception of the partner?

The worker in a Mudarabah (definition) partnership is only entitled to the agreed-upon percentage of the profit with the capital owner. Anything the worker takes in excess of their determined share is considered devouring people's wealth unjustly, and they must return these excesses to the capital owner.
