Is it recommended to marry the maternal aunt's daughter despite the father's objection and the mother's and son's desire?

Islam has made it obligatory to honor and obey one's parents in what is good. When the commands of both parents conflict, and it is not possible to reconcile them, and neither command involves disobedience to Allah, then the mother's obedience takes precedence over the father's, according to the majority of scholars. This is due to the greater burdens she bears compared to the father. The evidence for this is the agreed-upon Hadith narrated by Abu Hurayrah: "Who among the people is most deserving of my good companionship?" He said: "Your mother." He said: "Then who?" He said: "Your mother." He said: "Then who?" He said: "Your mother." He said: "Then who?" He said: "Your father." And His (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah enjoins you concerning your mothers, then He enjoins you concerning your mothers, then He enjoins you concerning your mothers, then He enjoins you concerning your fathers, then He enjoins you concerning the nearest then the next nearest."

Therefore, if the mother commands marrying the daughter of the maternal aunt, whom the son desires, and the father does not agree, then the mother's right takes precedence over the father's right. It is permissible to marry this woman if she is religious and of good character, and this is not considered an act of disobedience towards the father.
