It is not advisable to print Arabic letters on cake boxes because they are exposed to loss and disrespect, and Arabic letters should not be exposed to that. Also, it is not permissible to write "Happy Birthday" because Islam has only ordained the two Eids, Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, and birthdays are a tradition of Christians, and it is even more forbidden if what is meant is the birth of Jesus, peace be upon him.
