Does unintentional ejaculation -after foreplay to the vagina- while awake invalidate the fast? And will Allah forgive the one who did that?

The emission of semen during daylight hours in Ramadan due to fondling the private parts invalidates the fast, as it is masturbation. The one who does this must make up that day without expiation, and promptly repent to Allah Almighty.
