Allah Almighty has forbidden consuming the orphan's property unjustly, saying: "And do not approach the orphan's property except in a way that is best," and "And do not consume their properties with your properties. Indeed, that is a great sin." He threatened those who unjustly consume the orphan's property with Hellfire, saying: "Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire. And they will enter a blazing Hell." The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, also counted consuming the orphan's property among the seven destructive sins. The one who consumes the orphan's property will be resurrected on the Day of Judgment with fire coming out of his mouth, ears, nose, and eyes. "Consuming" here includes all forms of unlawfully destroying the orphan's property, and this is by scholarly consensus.
