How is 150,0 Saudi Riyals to be divided among 13 sons, 14 daughters, and 3 wives?

If the deceased leaves behind only his three wives, sons, and daughters, then the wives receive one-eighth as their prescribed share – to be divided equally among them – due to the presence of lineal descendants (heirs), as stated in the Almighty's words: "But if you have children, then for them [the wives] is one-eighth of what you leave, after any bequest you [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the sons and daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, as stated in the Almighty's words: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females."

The estate is to be divided into 960 shares: - The wives receive 120 shares (40 shares for each wife). - Each son receives 42 shares. - Each daughter receives 21 shares.

The riyal amounts due: - For each wife: 6250 riyals. - For each son: 6562.5 riyals. - For each daughter: 3281.25 riyals.

It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Rather, they must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation, as there might be an unknown heir, or bequests or debts that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
