The statement concerning divorce is the husband's statement. However, if you are certain that your husband divorced you three times, and he denies it, then it is not permissible for you to remain with him, and you must free yourself from him through khul'. But if you have doubt about the third pronouncement of divorce, the original ruling is the continuation of the marital bond, because certainty is not removed by doubt.
