Is a day in Hell equivalent to 70 years, or to 50,000 years?

A day in Hell is equivalent to a thousand years of our worldly days. According to the exegetes, one day in Hell is estimated to be a thousand of our years, and it may extend to fifty thousand years in some cases, especially on the Day of Judgment, where it will be lighter for believers than for disbelievers.
