What is the Quranic verse that indicates that a day for humans is equivalent to a thousand years for God?

Allah Almighty says: (And they urge you to hasten the punishment. But Allah will never fail in His promise. And indeed, a day with your Lord is like a thousand years of what you count.) [Al-Hajj: 47]. The meaning of the verse is that a day with Allah is like a thousand years of this count. It is also said that a day of Allah's punishment is like a thousand years of what we count. And it is said that a day of fear and hardship in the Hereafter is like a thousand years of the years of this world that contain fear and hardship, and similarly for a day of bliss by analogy.
