What is the necessity that permits buying an apartment through usurious real estate financing in light of difficult economic conditions and rising rental prices, and does the young man bear the burden of usury in this case?

It is not permissible to enter into a usurious transaction to own a home as long as it is possible to rent a home without undue hardship that is not ordinarily bearable. The high rental prices or the expectation of worsening economic conditions do not justify borrowing with usury. For whoever gives up something for the sake of Allah, seeking His countenance, Allah will compensate him with something better than it; as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, you will not abandon anything for the sake of Allah, except that Allah will give you something better than it."
