Is a company entitled to not renew an employee's contract because he forbids evils within it, and what is he advised to do about that?

The company owners are not obligated to renew the contract for an employee after its expiration. The employee is advised to continue enjoining good and forbidding evil according to its legitimate Islamic guidelines, and with gentleness and forbearance in both. This is supported by the words of Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah: "No one should enjoin good and forbid evil except one who is learned in what he enjoins, learned in what he forbids, gentle in what he enjoins, gentle in what he forbids, forbearing in what he enjoins, and forbearing in what he forbids."
