How can the women's prayer area be organized during Eid al-Adha prayer in the open?

There is no harm in women praying in the Eid prayer ground (musalla) outdoors, as it is established that women used to attend the Eid prayer with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, in the musalla, which is a public place outside the city. A special place should be designated for them, and there is no harm in placing a partition between men and women to protect them from the gaze of men, especially since many women do not fully adhere to the prescribed Islamic dress. It is recommended for them to go out without perfume or decorative clothing, and they should not mix with men, but rather stay to one side of them.
