Will a Muslim's prayer of the two cool ones protect him from entering the Fire, even if he is one of the perpetrators of major sins, due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "No one who prays before sunrise and before sunset will enter the Fire"?

The hadith encourages maintaining the two prayers of Fajr and Asr. The Fajr prayer occurs at the time of sleep, and the Asr prayer at the time of engagement in worldly affairs. Perseverance in them indicates completeness of faith. Whoever maintains them is promised safety from the Fire, meaning they will not enter it. The proof for this is that these two times are witnessed by the angels of the night and day, and deeds are raised during them.
