This is a trick by the club owners to bypass their condition, and it is impermissible. Deceit and trickery are forbidden and reprehensible traits that a believer does not possess. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats us is not of us." This applies to all forms of cheating, deception, and cunning. One must refrain from this and declare the truth to the club owners. If they accept, then all the better; otherwise, then not.
