What should we do so that Allah may forgive us and our unjust father who still curses and insults, and because of whom our circumstances have deteriorated, and do the dreams we see have any relation to that?

The rights of parents are immense in Islam, and honoring them is among the greatest acts of obedience, while disobeying them is among the greatest evils. Part of honoring a parent is advising him and forbidding him from evil, and reminding him of God and the Last Day with gentleness and kindness, and supplicating for his guidance and righteousness, and enduring with patience any harm or injustice he may inflict. As for the dream mentioned, it appears to be from Satan.
