Case Two: When the husband says to his wife: "If you go, you are divorced by three" three times, then he allowed her to go and she actually went, and she is now at her family's house?

Spouses should avoid disputes and strive for understanding, as this contributes to family stability. The husband must not use the words of divorce as a threat. The majority of scholars hold that a conditional divorce takes effect upon the fulfillment of the condition, regardless of whether the husband intended divorce or merely a threat. Furthermore, uttering the triple divorce in a single phrase counts as three divorces according to the majority, and thus the wife becomes irrevocably divorced (bainunah kubra) and is not permissible for her husband unless she marries another man. It is recommended to consult the Sharia court to consider such matters. A woman is not permitted to leave her husband's house without his permission.
