How valid is the distribution among heirs if there is a document from the father stating that one of the daughters has no right to some properties that are claimed to have been purchased by her mother or sister with their own money, and is the rent received by the daughter from these properties considered unlawful, requiring its return? Is it permissible for parents to invest the salary of one daughter but not another? Is it permissible to take the past rent for the two houses and the shop and to invest the land throughout the past years, while demanding the legitimate shares? What is the ruling on delaying the distribution of the inheritance for all this time, given that those causing the delay are aware of the harm to one of the heirs?

If the documents your brothers produced are legally sound and verified, then act upon them, because parents know best about their properties, and the presumption is that they are truthful. What you took as rent is not unlawful if it was acquired through legitimate means, but you must return it if it becomes clear that you were not entitled to it, unless they forgive you. Parents must be fair among their children in giving gifts and investing money. The rent from your parents' houses and the produce of their land are part of the inheritance, and you have the right to claim your share of it after their death, which is one-sixth in your case. Delaying the distribution of the inheritance is not permissible if one of the heirs requests it and is harmed by the delay. The final decision in this matter rests with the Sharia (definition) court.
