What is the ruling of Sharia on a husband who swore to forbid his wife or consider her divorced if he returned to playing electronic gambling, then he returned and played after a long period, knowing that he did not explicitly mention the word divorce in his oath?

It appears that gambling with money, where none of the parties are free from gain or loss, is a form of qimar (gambling) and is forbidden. One must repent to Allah, seek much forgiveness, and avoid such actions in the future.

Regarding the conditional oath, if the intention behind it was divorce, then divorce occurs upon the fulfillment of the condition. However, if there is doubt regarding the intention, then divorce does not occur, and an expiation for breaking an oath becomes obligatory.
