Was some of what was made lawful for Jews and Christians forbidden to Muslims?

There is nothing that was permissible for the Jews and Christians and then forbidden to Muslims regarding foods, marital relations, or clothing. However, there are things that were legislated for them as a punishment and which Allah lightened for us, such as the command to the Children of Israel to kill themselves after their worship of the calf. Allah the Almighty says: "And [recall] when Moses said to his people, 'O my people, indeed you have wronged yourselves by your taking of the calf [for worship]. So turn in repentance to your Creator and kill yourselves. That is best for you in the sight of your Creator.' Then He accepted your repentance. Indeed, He is the Accepting of repentance, the Merciful."
