What is the ruling on using facial fattening mixtures if their ingredients are limited to natural materials?

If the intention behind fattening the face is to beautify it and remove freckles from it, then Islamic law has permitted and encouraged adornment, as long as it is not done with something unlawful or exceeds the bounds of moderation.
