Have my wife and I committed a haram (sin) because I asked her to have her pregnancy checked by a competent male doctor, and she did not inform me about the internal examination that was performed on her in the presence of my mother, and her awrah (private parts) were not exposed, and does she commit a haram by concealing the matter from me?

If there is a need for a wife to be examined by a male doctor, and a female doctor is unavailable, then there is no harm in that. However, if there is no need, or if a female doctor is available, then going to a male doctor is sinful, and one must repent to Allah.
