What is the meaning of the Hadith: "Goodness is tied to the forelocks of horses," and what is its reason?

Horses have goodness tied to their forelocks until the Day of Resurrection, meaning they are associated and bound to goodness. What is meant by them are the horses prepared for jihad in the path of Allah, and this goodness is divided into reward and bounty. The reward is obtained by their owner for every movement, eating, drinking, or even their urinating and defecating, while the bounty is achieved through victory over enemies. Horses may also indicate goodness in general, or the persistence of Islam and jihad until the Day of Resurrection.
