Is financial support from Human Resources prohibited for students who receive an allowance, and if so, is the salary I receive from the dispensary considered unlawful?

If your registration with human resources did not involve deceit or fraud, then there is no blame upon you, and your salary is due from the clinic. There is no harm in human resources handling the payment of half the salary on behalf of the clinic. As for obsessive thoughts (waswas), disregard them and do not indulge in them, for they are among the steps and stratagems of Satan. Allah Almighty said: "O you who have believed, do not follow the footsteps of Satan." And Al-Hafiz Abu Ya'la narrated from Anas that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Satan places his snout on the heart of the son of Adam; if he remembers Allah, Satan withdraws, and if he forgets, he seizes his heart. That is the receding whisperer (al-waswas al-khannas)."
