Is it permissible for a mother to dispose of her share from the sale of land by giving it to one of her daughters who lives with her and takes care of her, to the exclusion of her other siblings?

A woman is free to dispose of her property, but she must be just among her children in giving gifts. It is not permissible to favor some of them with a gift unless there is a valid reason, such as one of them being solely responsible for serving and caring for her.
