Since the lands and houses are owned by the wife, if the houses were built without her permission, then the houses belong to her. However, if they were built with her permission and she intended them to be owned by her four children, then this is a gift, and she must be just among all her children in giving. If she sells from her lands, she must give the remaining children what achieves justice. The mother may donate from her wealth to her relatives if she is of sound mind, and none of the children may take the mother's money for himself unless she authorizes him to dispose of it.
