If the vow is merely a vow with oneself, then nothing is incumbent upon her. But if it is a vow with Allah, then it is a suspended vow (nadhr mu‘allaq) that must be fulfilled. If she is completely unable to fulfill it, then expiation for breaking an oath (kaffarat yamin) becomes incumbent upon her.
