How can a Muslim remain steadfast in obedience and abandon sins in a time when temptations have become widespread, and what is the way to achieve that?

Allah has enjoined patience due to the abundance of alienation or boredom that afflicts a person. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, gave glad tidings to the strangers that religion would return as a stranger just as it began, so blessed are they. Do not be deceived by the multitude, for the consideration is not in it, as Allah Almighty said: "And most of the people, even if you desired it eagerly, would not be believers." (12:103) And the saying of Iblis: "I will surely seize their descendants, except for a few." (17:62) And His saying, the Most High: "And you will not find most of them grateful," (7:17) and "And few of My servants are grateful." (34:13) This indicates the scarcity of those who tread the path of good and the abundance of those who perish. You must persevere in repentance, obedience, and supplication. As for the community, we advise you to attend circles of knowledge and ask scholars, students of knowledge, and callers to Islam in your country.
