However, it is preferable not to do so if there is no need, as it could be a door to temptation through which Satan enters. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I have not left behind me any temptation more harmful to men than women." A believing woman should not occupy herself with tracking the accounts of non-mahram men; rather, she should direct her efforts towards what benefits her in her religion and her worldly life.
