What is the ruling on taking revenge on a man who caused financial and moral loss and swore a false oath on the Mushaf, by defaming him on the internet?

It is advisable to praise Allah for safety and to turn one's mind away from intrusive thoughts. While seeking one's right is permissible, forgiveness is better than taking it, for Allah the Almighty says: "And that you pardon is nearer to righteousness" (Surat Al-Baqarah, 2:237), and "But whoever pardons and makes reconciliation - his reward is due from Allah" (Surat Ash-Shura, 42:40), and "And if you pardon and overlook and forgive - then indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful" (Surat At-Taghabun, 64:14). Since the ruling was not in your favor and money has been paid, it is better to put your mind at ease. Exposing the person who caused the accident on websites is not permissible; it is an aggression and an overstepping of bounds.
