Is it permissible for a woman to pray as a congregant behind a man who is not her mahram, alone, in the workplace, in order to help her perform and adhere to prayer?

The lady who asked about her situation can pray in the room designated for prayer after it is vacated by men, or in her office, or in any clean place within the workplace, due to the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "And the earth has been made for me a place of prayer and a means of purification." It is permissible for a man to lead her in prayer along with one of his colleagues inside the prayer hall, while advising the men that it is not permissible to expel her and that her situation should be taken into consideration. However, it is not permissible to pray with her alone due to the prohibited seclusion (khalwah). As for her husband who does not pray, his ruling has been previously clarified in previous fatwas. Colleagues should be advised to perform congregational prayers in the workplace prayer room, with an emphasis on the obligation to maintain prayer and the prohibition of abandoning it during work under the pretext of combining them at home. Finally, a man working in a place where men and women mix is not permissible except with the controls previously clarified.
