Is the presence of a bank's ATM inside a cooperative society—where the bank does not pay rent but rather contributes to covering prizes for customers—considered forbidden (haram) for the society's operations and profits, or is there no objection to it?

There is no objection to the presence of an ATM in the association's premises, and it has no effect on its activities or profits, as long as it is not stipulated that the association's funds be deposited therein. There is also no objection to accepting its donations for contestants' prizes. The ruling on accepting a gift from someone whose wealth is mixed (with unlawful earnings) is clarified in Fatwas No. 33204 and No. 38404.
