What is the ruling on reciting "تَلْقَفُ" (talqafu) with a shaddah on the Qaf and a fatḥah on the Lam in the noble verse: ﴿تَلْقَفُ مَا يَأْفِكُونَ﴾ (It swallows up what they falsely devise)?

It is legislated to read {talqaf} with a fatha on the lam and a shadda on the qaf, as recited by the majority of reciters. Hafs recited it with a light qaf and a sukoon on the lam. Hafs's recitation is from (laqifa, yalqafu), while the recitation of the others originally was (tatalqafu), but the second ta' was removed for lightness.
