What is the ruling on a person whose soul departed and then a jinn entered him and brought him back to life, and is it permissible for him to kill himself to get rid of the jinn?

Whoever dies a real death does not return to this world, as Allah Almighty says: "And behind them is a barrier until the Day they are resurrected" (Qur'an 23:100), and His saying: "And it is forbidden for a town which We destroyed that they should return" (Qur'an 21:95). However, Allah Almighty has made an exception to this general ruling for those whom He brought back to life for a wisdom, as in His saying: "Have you not considered those who left their homes in thousands, fearing death? Allah said to them, 'Die,' then He brought them back to life" (Qur'an 2:243). If the movement and speech of this person are confirmed, then this indicates that he did not die in the first place, as some people may show signs of death, but upon investigation, it becomes apparent that they are still alive. Therefore, jurists have stipulated hastening the preparation of the deceased, but they made an exception for those who drowned, or died from a stroke, electrocution, collapse, or sudden death, in hope of their revival. As for a person contemplating suicide, it is a misguided thought because suicide is one of the gravest sins, and it is not permissible to resort to it for any reason whatsoever.
