Is it permissible to hire a man to buy a car from abroad for a certain fee, knowing that the principal is aware that the country imposes a tax on the buyer, and the agent wants to take the tax amount without the principal’s permission?

This transaction has two forms: The first: If the man buys the car for you in exchange for a fee, then he is your agent. All benefits resulting from this transaction, such as discounts, tax refunds, or gifts, revert to you (the principal), unless you willingly give him something, because the rights of the contract pertain to the principal.

The second form: If the man buys the car and then sells it to you, he may increase its price and add the tax to it. However, it is not permissible for you to buy from him until he genuinely owns the car, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, to Hakim ibn Hizam: "If you buy a commodity, do not sell it until you take possession of it."
