A woman uncovering her arm is forbidden tabarruj (displaying oneself immodestly), and it is not permissible for her to do so in any place where non- men can see it, even if it is inside her home. The heat of the weather is not an excuse for that. If a woman intentionally uncovers any part of her body with the aim of showing her beauty to men, her sin is greater due to the corruption of her intention, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, actions are by intentions, and indeed, every person will have what he intended."
