What is the ruling on a woman wearing half or three-quarter sleeves, or rolling up her sleeves due to heat, whether in the street, on the balcony, or in front of non-mahram men in her home, and what is the ruling if she does so with the intention of displaying the beauty of her arms to men?

A woman uncovering her arm is forbidden tabarruj (displaying oneself immodestly), and it is not permissible for her to do so in any place where non-mahram men can see it, even if it is inside her home. The heat of the weather is not an excuse for that. If a woman intentionally uncovers any part of her body with the aim of showing her beauty to men, her sin is greater due to the corruption of her intention, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, actions are by intentions, and indeed, every person will have what he intended."
