Is it permissible for a group of women to gather in one of the homes to perform Tarawih prayer in congregation? And should the prayer be silent or audible in the audible prayers if one of them leads them?

It is permissible for women to gather to perform Tarawih prayers in one of their homes, provided that they do not display their adornment or beauty when going out, and that there is no fear of temptation (fitna). Nevertheless, it is better for them to pray in their homes, based on the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "The best mosques for women are the depths of their homes."

If women gather, it is permissible for them to pray in congregation, and their imam should stand in their midst, not in front of them. She may raise her voice in prayer as long as no men who are not her mahrams (unmarriageable kin) can hear her voice.
