What is the ruling on eating from the slaughter of an apostate father, if the son is unable to provide food and drink for himself?

What an apostate slaughters is not permissible to eat, except for the one in dire necessity. It is permissible for a poor son to eat from his disbelieving father's wealth; rather, scholars have obligated the father to spend on him.
