What is the ruling on an accountant working for a company that sells "mu'assal" (flavored tobacco for hookah), knowing that he does not participate in its sale or marketing, but rather his work is limited to managing paperwork?

If the ma'assal (flavored tobacco) is fermented and processed fruit shisha, then it is not permissible to work for this company in any capacity, such as accounting or other roles. The prohibition of smoking in all its forms and the impermissibility of working in it have been previously clarified, due to it being a cooperation in sin and aggression, which is forbidden by Allah's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." (Al-Ma'idah: 2).
