Is it permissible to feed livestock fodder supplemented with modern fattening agents, proteins, and medications with the aim of accelerating their growth and increasing profit, knowing that this alters the taste of the meat and reduces its deliciousness and benefit, and is this action considered deceit?

If it is established that additives in fodder cause diseases or harm, then their use is impermissible, due to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "There is no harm nor reciprocal harm," and his saying: "Whoever cheats us is not of us." However, if they merely cause a change in taste or a reduction in benefit, then there is no objection to their use. Nevertheless, the seller must inform the buyer of this, unless the buyer is already aware of the matter.
