What is the ruling on a person saying, "My wife will be divorced," when uttering a clear divorce pronouncement, out of fear of divorce occurring?

This statement does not result in divorce or anything else. It appears that the questioner is suffering from obsessive doubts (waswasah), and he should ignore them, for indulging in them leads to great evil.
