"The mother receives one-sixth, the five daughters two-thirds, and the wife one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant. The remainder goes to the full brothers and sisters by way of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females. The sons of the full brother receive nothing as they are excluded by the full brother. The estate is divided into 2040 shares: the mother receives 340 shares, the wife 255 shares, each daughter 272 shares, each full brother 10 shares, and each full sister 5 shares. It is advisable to refer inheritance matters to the courts for investigation."
