What is the ruling on a shaykh describing one of the politicians, named Tariq, with the noble verse: "By the heaven and by the Tariq"?

The "Al-Tariq" mentioned in the verse is the piercing star. Whoever claims that Al-Tariq is other than the piercing star is either ignorant or mocking. Such a person should be advised by explaining the sanctity of the Quran and the danger of speaking about it out of whims or interpreting it incorrectly. If they are manipulative and intentionally mocking the Book of Allah, then they are in grave danger, for Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'Is it Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were mocking?' Make no excuse; you have disbelieved after your belief."
